I went into Training and Consulting because I’ve always welcomed and liked changes, challenges and growth. Starting out as an artist, I became a trainer when the thrill of expressing myself was widened into the satisfaction of helping others express themselves. When I transitioned into the corporate world, the focus became helping my clients connect the skills we were working on to achieve their professional goals. My expertise grew into the areas of Communication, Innovation and Collaboration. Having been exposed to various organizational challenges, I bring a strategic perspective into my sessions and I have an MA in Organization Development from California.
I have lived and worked in nine countries and I am fluent and able to deliver in six languages. As a Third Culture Kid, I am acutely aware that there is no ‘right way’ of doing things. This lifelong fluidity has given me a refined ability to see things from different perspectives and to question the ‘given’. The richness of having worked with the North European, Mediterranean, Mexican, American and Arabic work cultures has kept my learning edge active, pushing me to seek new possibilities for and with my clients.
My mission and passion is lifelong learning, both for my clients and for myself. To be able to learn and develop, we need the topic to be relevant, a safe space to expand our comfort zone – and the push that takes us over the edge. We also need to connect the dots, so that we can apply the learning into best practices. Bringing about growth and unexpected synergies is a gift. With the results I have the honor of witnessing, I am continuously humbled and energized to give my best to the next client.

There are only a few people that can help you to bring a message across. How to communicate, to make you stand out: Kim. I owe a lot the things I learned from here. No doubt. Kim combines her skills with her international experience and as such her communications are truly multi cultural. More than an important topic in a globalized world.
